  • Why is my scrubber not getting firm under cold water?

Depending on the time of year and location, some faucets may not produce water cold enough to drastically change Scrub Daddy's texture. To test this, saturate your scrubber with water and place in the freezer for a few minutes. If no change is noticeable, please call 844-35-SCRUB for help.
