NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram (“Instagram”) or TikTok (“TikTok”).
Information on how to enter, the prizes, and rules for redeeming the prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry for the Scrub Daddy Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). Participation in the Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these “Official Rules” (“Official Rules”) and any other notices referenced herein. In these Official Rules, the term “you” refers to any person who enters, or who wishes to enter, the Giveaway.
You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor (defined below) and not to Instagram or TikTok. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (see below). Instagram and TikTok are hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or TikTok.
- Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Giveaway is Scrub Daddy, Inc., 1700 Suckle Highway, Pennsauken, New Jersey, 08110 (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years or age or older as of the date of entry, have a valid public Instagram or TikTok account viewable by Sponsor, and who otherwise meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules. Ineligible participants include employees of Sponsor, its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, officers, directors, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, step-sibling, step-child, in-laws, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on June 14, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on June 19, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
- How to Enter: A valid public Instagram or TikTok account and internet access are required for this Giveaway. For a total of two (2) entries into the Giveaway, you must visit the Sponsor’s Instagram page to complete one (1) entry and the Sponsor’s TikTok page to complete one (1) entry. To complete these entries, you must “like” the post, “comment”, and click “follow” for @scrubdaddy as well as for all prize providers, which includes @madein, @graza, and @pastabilities, for this Giveaway (“Entry”). You may only enter one (1) time each on Instagram and TikTok. You do not have to enter on both platforms, you can choose to only complete one (1) Entry on one (1) of these platforms. The entries must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Unfinished entries will not be acknowledged. You are allowed two total (2) entries, but you may only win one (1) prize. If you are selected as the Instagram winner, you cannot also be the TikTok winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries all of which will be ineligible to win a prize. Proof of uploading information or data or entering information at the site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries generated through a third-party website or software in any way other than the manner set forth in these Official Rules are prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant(s) using such methods if discovered by Sponsor. Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In case of dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the social media handle and/or the e-mail address provided at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a social media account by the provider and/or e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard text messaging, data, and/or other rates may apply to participants who enter the Giveaway via a wireless mobile device. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.
- Winner selection and notification: The Giveaway consists of two (2) drawings in which one (1) winner will be randomly selected from the Instagram Entries and one (1) winner will be randomly selected from the TikTok Entries on or about June 20, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST from among all eligible entries received on each platform during the Giveaway Period. Winner must still be a follower of Sponsor and all prize providers at the time of the drawing to remain eligible for the prize. The random drawing will take place under the supervision of the Sponsor. Potential winner will be notified via Instagram or TikTok direct message (depending on which entry portal for which they were selected as the winner) or email address associated with Entry within twenty-four (24) hours following the winner selection and will ask such potential winner to provide their full name, telephone number (including area code), mail and e-mail address. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required and by the date specified by Sponsor, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility by Sponsor and compliance with these Official Rules. A potential winner may be required to sign and return, in the form provided by Sponsor, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit”), within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Any Entrant who fails or refuses to sign and return the required documentation within the time period as specified by Sponsor may be disqualified. Once each potential winner’s eligibility is verified, he/she will be confirmed as a winner. Prizes will be sent to the winners within thirty (30) days from the date the winners are confirmed. All decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this Giveaway, including, without limitation, decisions related to its selection and determination of potential winners of this Giveaway shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Total prize value is approximately $761.96.
Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash or other prize substitution of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Prize fulfillment is based on availability and prize may differ from promotion images. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize in its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local income and withholding taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will receive a Federal Tax Form 1099. Winners may be required to provide their Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes if Sponsor is required to file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of a prize awarded and accepted. Sponsor may disqualify a winner and select an alternate winner if any prize is returned undeliverable.
- Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Rights Granted by you: By entering this Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, winner’s name, likeness, photographs or other likenesses, voice, film, video, opinions, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), address, or statements about the Giveaway, for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation.
- General Conditions: Each Entry submitted (i) must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image (as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion), (ii) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, contain nudity, unlawful or plagiarized, (iii) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, (iv) may not violate or encourage others to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, (v) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property right or any other third party right, (vi) may not contain commercial or corporate advertising, including display of corporate logos, brand names and slogans, other than those relating to Sponsor, (vii) may not include references to alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms or any depiction or representation thereof, and (viii) may not include any virus, worm, corrupt file, Trojan horse or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or compromise a web site or the proper conduct of the Giveaway. In the event that the operation, security, fairness, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way, including, but not limited to, a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical problem, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor disputes or strike, act of God or public enemy, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, respective officers, directors, employees and agents, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to (i) liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt of or use of any prize (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, servers, or providers, and any errors on the Instagram or TikTok platforms that may prevent an entrant from entering or receiving direct messages; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (vi) printing errors; or (vii) incomplete, illegible, lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, stolen, or undeliverable mail, including postage due prize notifications. You further agree that Sponsor has made no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to this Giveaway or any prize, including, without limitation, to the prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Governing Law/Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, including its choice of laws provision. Subject to Section 13, below, you agree and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway.
- Arbitration Provision: By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against the Released Parties relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Giveaway, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; (iv) the arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Giveaway; (v) the arbitrator shall apply Pennsylvania law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive, consequential, indirect, or incidental damages against the entrant or Sponsor and recovery shall be limited to monetary damages actually suffered; and (viii) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. - Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, select the prize winners, and fulfill the prizes, and will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy accessible at: https://scrubdaddy.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants may opt out of any email communications by clicking the unsubscribe links found in Sponsor’s communications.
- Winners List: To request a copy of the winners’ list or a copy of the Official Rules, please mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Scrub Daddy, Inc., 1700 Suckle Highway, Pennsauken, New Jersey, 08110 or send an email with your request to: socialmedia@scrubdaddy.com.
