I was excited to receive my Mop Daddy roller mop but it won’t lock the mop head securely. I watched many YouTube videos and I’m still perplexed with it’s use as the mop head will not lock into place.

I cannot get the mop part to stay in place. It slides out every time because it doesn’t lock in. When I try to wring the mop, it just falls out.
I love your sponges and exclusively use them so I thought this mop would be awesome. It’s the worst and I’m so frustrated and disappointed.

Several issues with this mop. I use roller mops a lot in my house because I have older dogs with health issues. One thing is the head doesn’t stay securely in place, I constantly have to stop and push it back. Another is it doesn’t glide across the floor like a mop should, it sort of skips. Now that issue may just be the flooring I have but it shouldn’t matter the flooring. And the last issue is how low the handle is on the mop, its not disabled friendly for those of us that have problems with our back.

I have to frequently push down on the mop head part to lock it in place. I think the concept is great but the actual product needs improvements.

When I received the mop, the head wouldn’t stay in I’ve contact the company. Someone called me immediately afterward didn’t recognize the number when I tried to get back in touch I never heard anything. I have a broken mop and two new roller heads here… today I haven’t got a response yet. What am I supposed to do with this?

I love this mop for scrubbing my poorly installed apartment floor. It doesn’t absorb much water, which helps me keep the water there and not under the cabinets. Not useful if your apartment floods but like it’s not an emergency tool.

When assembling your mop, take the coupler and place it on the threaded end of the mop handle. Push it down completely to attach (with the threaded end sticking out the coupler). Assemble the remainder of the handle by twisting both parts of the mop handle together clockwise. To reease the handle lock for extension, turn the smaller coupler counterclockwise. Your mop is now ready to use.
