- To access the return form, you must be logged in. Click here to log in or create a Scrub Daddy account.
- Once your qualifying Scrub Daddy product has been used and you are ready to return it, log in to your Scrub Daddy account and navigate to the page named “Foam2Fuel Rewards”. After completing the short form, you will receive return instructions. You are responsible for any shipping expenses if you choose to submit your return by mail. You may also return your qualifying products in person at the Scrub Daddy retail store.
- If you return your qualifying products by mail, you will receive an email notification when our Scrub Daddy team receives and processes your return submission. If you choose to drop off in person, the Scrub Daddy team will process your qualifying return and rewards at that time.
*Terms & Conditions: The Foam2Fuel™ Rewards program (the “Program”) is available to Smile Shop account owners 18 years of age or older with a valid United States address in the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the Program. Scrub Daddy products eligible for submission under the Program include the following: The Original Scrub Daddy, Scrub Daddy Colors, Dye-Free Scrub Daddy, Scrub Daddy Style Collection, Scrub Daddy Special Edition Shapes, Lemon Fresh Scrub Daddy, Big Daddy, Scrub Mommy, Dye-Free Scrub Mommy, Scrub Mommy and Special Edition Shapes (the “Qualifying Products”). Customers can earn a $2.00 digital coupon reward per Qualifying Product for up to a maximum of five (5) Qualifying Products per properly completed return form for a maximum digital coupon reward of $10.00 per return form. There is no limit to the number of return forms an individual may create and submit. Upon receipt, Scrub Daddy reserves the right to deny submissions considered ineligible for reasons including, but not limited to, ineligible product type, counterfeit product, insufficient/incorrect contact information, incomplete or illegible return form, non-qualifying physical condition of product, or attempted fraudulent and/or deceptive abuse or misuse of the Program. Scrub Daddy is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or otherwise undelivered mailings. After Scrub Daddy receives, processes, and approves your return submission, the digital coupon rewards will be available in your Scrub Daddy account, which is generally within two (2) to three (3) business days of receipt. Multiple return submissions appear individually in your Scrub Daddy account and cannot be combined. To view your active digital coupon rewards, log into your Scrub Daddy account and select the “Foam2Fuel Rewards” tab. Foam2Fuel Rewards are valid for one (1) calendar year beginning on the disbursement date and cannot be transferred or combined with any other promotions, coupons, or credits. Any unused Foam2Fuel Reward digital coupons after the one (1) year period will be removed automatically from your Scrub Daddy account.
You can apply one (1) digital coupon per shopping cart order. The following cart minimums apply. Taxes & processing fees do not count towards cart totals. To use your digital coupon, you must click the coupon to apply it to your shopping cart.
$2.00 digital coupon can be applied to carts totaling $10.00 or more;
$4.00 digital coupon can be applied to carts totaling $16.00 or more;
$6.00 digital coupon can be applied to carts totaling $20.00 or more;
$8.00 digital coupon can be applied to carts totaling $23.00 or more; and
$10.00 digital coupon can be applied to carts totaling $25.00 or more.
Returns should be mailed to Scrub Daddy, Inc., Attn: Foam2Fuel Rewards, Order ID #, 1700 Suckle Highway, Pennsauken, New Jersey 08110. Returns can be dropped off in person to the Scrub Daddy retail store at this same address.
