The first two days of use were great but it started leaking. I can’t get it to stop leaking from the bottom. I just want it for the top use. The top works wonderfully but it leaks. :\

I’ve had mine for a couple of weeks and I love it except for the leakage ?. I just wrote to customer service to see if they will replace it, but for now, I put a sponge on the counter and put it on the sponge. It’s such a great idea, but I am getting frustrated and tired of wiping soap off the counter that’s why I put it on a sponge. I’ve lost a good bit of soap on my counter, so the sponge “trick” is a good alternative until I get a new one.

I had purchased one a few years ago, it leaked, the company replaced it. That one seemed to last a little longer but it did start leaking in a similar fashion to the original one I had, so I finally had to throw it out, unfortunately. If they update the product/design I will try it again because I love the concept.

I wanted to love the soap daddy but the bottom leaks too much. Every time I clean the counters I have to move it to clean the soap off the counter and soap daddy. I’d rather have a fixed bottom that only has soap come out the top and maybe a little smaller.

I bought it a few months ago. Then after some usage it started leaking. At the beginning it was a small amount, not a big deal, but now it is a lot everyday.

The base is pretty wide so for people with smaller hands it’s hard to squeeze, especially when hands are already wet and slippery. I dropped mine once and the entire top part cracked off less than a month after I got it. Love the concept but wish it was easier to grip with small hands.

I contacted your customer support multiple times regarding a leaking dispenser. It was leaking from the bottom. No response. So…..I packaged up the bugger and sent it to you, at my cost, with a letter explaining the issue. I also sent you an email explaining that I was sending this back to you. I figured you would need to know if your product was defective. No response again either to my email or your receipt of the leaking dispenser. Bad, bad customer service.
